Webinar to Deal With Managed Services Business Challenges, Five Approaches

Presenting will be Kelly O’Bray, IT channel professional at GFI MAX. A seasoned pro with 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of IT services to the SMB market, he has been working with GFI MAX and its predecessor, the wonderfully-named HoundDog Technologies, for over four years.
O’Bray works with channel partners to roll out services based on the GFI MAX Remote Management platform, and has learned a lot about the pitfalls of business transformation strategies, and can provide a common sense approach to building your business.
Also presenting is Trent Peters, principal/owner of Umbrella Medical Systems and founding member of Midwest Med Trust, an independent, nonprofit organization assisting in personal and professional staff development within the healthcare industry.
Another presenter will be Charles Weaver (News - Alert), CEO and co-founder of the MSPAlliance – the International Association of Managed Service Providers. Since its founding in 2000, the organization has grown from fewer than five founding members to well over 14,000 members worldwide.
The presentation will look at the managed services challenge, including an overview of the Building Blocks approach to grow Managed Services revenue.
