Webinar - Free Webinar Discusses the End of On-Premise Call Center Software

Obviously these days most people who are calling your call center are living what can be fairly characterized as an “Internet-based lifestyle.” And since they’re customers – that’s why they’re calling you – they have, well, Internet-style behavior and expectations.

So your call center responsiveness needs to take those expectations into account. “It is so well documented that as the front line to customers, call centers are being tasked to deliver more, to be better.”

That’s according to officials of an upcoming free Webinar, “The End of On-Premise Call Center Software,” offered Tuesday May 3, at 2:00 in the afternoon on the East Coast and at 11:00 in the morning on the West Coast.

The reason this might be an issue, your serving the Internet folks in your call center, is that many enterprises are using technology in their call centers that was introduced prior to the Internet. You can imagine the problems. Worse yet – you might be having them, and not even knowing it.

This webinar examines “the real-world technology evolution that will actually help call centers deliver success,” according to its officials, who say it will include a peer discussion “on why a cloud-based call center is so relevant now, the business benefits of moving to the cloud and how call center operations have transitioned technology to the cloud.”

Presenting will be Troy Bryant, the dialer administrator at Vivint with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the dialer as well as maintaining an efficient call center environment. Prior to joining Vivint, he worked for Prosper, and has worked with business icons like Robert Kiyosaki and David Bach.

Also presenting is Todd Eby, VP of professional services at Five9 (News - Alert). With over 15 years of call center consulting experience, Eby brings a wealth of industry knowledge and best practices to this webinar. Prior to joining Five9, Eby led the product management and development teams at Genesys (News - Alert) Telecommunications, an Alcatel-Lucent subsidiary.
