Webinar - TMC Webinar Looks at Cloud-Based Contact Centers, Profitability, Models

A Webinar titled “Achieving More with All-In-One Cloud-Based Contact Centers” is scheduled for Thursday, April 28, at 2:00 in the afternoon on the East Coast, and 11:00 on the morning out on the West Coast.

Hosted contact center platform offering today are significant advancements over what was available just a few years ago. Today they offer a compelling, higher-profit option for customers looking to go to market quickly with a low up-front cost, according to Webinar organizers.

The Webinar presents contact center pros from software developer Presence Technology (News - Alert) and hosted services provider Infradapt. They’ll be discussing the latest cloud-based software options, including improving contact center profitability, virtualized agent desktops, zero client hardware options, 100 percent rental model/financing options, WAN, carrier, and security considerations.

Presenting will be Corey McFadden, founder and managing partner of Infradapt (News - Alert), a managed services and platform provider. He brings over fifteen years of industry experience to Infradapt, with a background including experience in field-consulting, project management, IP telephony, and software development.

Also presenting is Jim Rollins, senior business analyst of North America, who brings to Presence 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and call center space. Rollins has held several positions from technical advisor to VP of Telecommunications in multiple business verticals that include Banking, Scientific and Contact Center Outsource Services.

Earlier this year TMC’s (News - Alert) Erin Harrison had a chance to interview McFadden, who said that Infradapt has grown as a company and has moved to new headquarters in West Allentown, Pennsylvania.

“We have been constantly expanding our basic customers in contact center market, as well as in cloud computing and other hosted infrastructure business,” stated McFadden, adding that “cloud platform and virtual technologies that drive them are really transforming the way business communications and business computing works.”

Harrison asked him about Open Source (News - Alert), how Open Source was helping contact centers to grow.

“It is an interesting time to be in the market,” noted McFadden. “Specifically, because bigger players like Cisco (News - Alert) are just starting to introduce new products into this market. But development cost of bringing these products to market so late in the game is costly.”
