Webinar - Webinar Offers Insight into Customer Experience Management

A webinar titled “Cohesive Customer Experience Management: Strategies and Plans for Success” will be presented Tuesday, March 29 at 2 p.m. EST and 11 a.m. PST.

As many in business already know, delivering a customer experience that aligns with customer needs significantly impacts customer loyalty, improves the top line and reduces costs, as webinar officials say.

This webinar will bring together industry experts and practitioners to discuss how organizations can marshal their resources for a cohesive customer experience management (CEM) process. Presenting will be Paul Hagen from Forrester (News - Alert) Research, Chris Zinner of Accenture, and Sid Banerjee from Clarabridge.

The webinar will review successful strategies, present a cross-organizational blueprint and describe the key elements for a successful start. Among other topics it will cover best practices of top performing companies from across industry, current industry trends of the rapidly evolving CEM space, how to develop a plan to properly orchestrate all customer touchpoints, common missteps and what it takes to succeed.

Bannerjee, a Greater Washington Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in IT services, is the CEO and co-founder of Clarabridge (News - Alert). He provides executive leadership and strategic direction and is a well-known expert in customer experience, business intelligence, and text mining. Prior to Clarabridge, he co-founded Claraview, a BI strategy and technology consultancy firm.

Zinner is an executive in Accenture’s (News - Alert) Management Consulting Practice and leads Accenture’s efforts in developing thought leadership on how organizations apply Social Media in their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts.

Hagen has returned to Forrester after eight years of running his own consulting business, which provided business, marketing, environmental sustainability, and technology planning services to executives at a broad range of organizations.
