The telecom operator business model has drastically changed, requiring new tools to manage not just the network, but the business as well. Deriving “actionable” business intelligence - based on network traffic – is critical for ensuring network optimization, evolution, profitability and business innovation. A critical step in managing and evolving the network and business is to identify and measure the right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The purpose of KPIs is to give an operator quantifiable metrics deemed important for long-term profitability from operations.
Monitoring solutions process and archive transaction detail records (TDRs) from the network, and use these records for a variety of applications. TDRs offer a wealth of information that service providers can turn into lower costs, higher margins and improved network performance. This webinar will discuss how operators can capture KPIs for a variety of services - prepaid, roaming, SMS and VoIP – and how they can leverage this information to improve their overall business.
Specifically, you will learn how to leverage the information from your network to:
- Measure what counts & matters
- Unravel your customers’ habits
- Collaborate internally to deliver better services and results
- Drive change and inject greater customer-centric focus into service delivery
After the presentation, the Webinar will be open for a live Q&A. Be sure to have your questions ready!
