I.C.G. (Internet Connectivity Group, Inc.) was formed to create and provide wireless interactive digital media solutions to the enterprise marketplace and is headquartered in Lake Forest, CA. As I.C.G.’s Co-Founder and President, Mr. Van Horn’s primary emphasis is on the structure, implementation, and execution of the business development and sales efforts of the organization. He oversees I.C.G’s internal revenue generation strategy, as well as heads relationship management with the company’s largest strategic partners and alliances. His experience stems from various leadership positions within the sales and marketing arenas.

Mr. Van Horn brings a decade of experience from the corporate financial services and technology arenas. He shares business interest with Kevin Howard (CEO of I.C.G.) and over the years, they have forged a strong working foundation together at firms such as Wells Fargo’s Private Client Group, UBS Financial and Smith Barney. Previously, he has overseen and advised in the growth of several start-up and mid-sized companies, including negotiating and brokering various merger and acquisition activities.

Clif Parker
CEO REACH3D

Mr. Parker is CEO of REACH3D, a stereoscopic 3D technology development company focused on bringing 3D technology out of the entertainment realm and into our daily lives as a powerful and effective tool. REACH3D’s products and services are used by customers in markets as diverse as Digital Signage, Medical, Military, Education and others. REACH3D was launched through a restructuring of 3D industry leader N4D’s technology division. While still under the N4D banner Mr. Parker also spoke at the recent Georgia Tech Future Media conference and was recognized as one of the events thought leaders for his ideas on the potential of 3D in media and beyond

Mr. Parker also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of CityNet LLC, which is a leading provider of wired and wireless voice, data, Internet, mobile and video broadband communications services. CityNet was formed in Panama City, FL in 2002. CityNet was the Bay County Chamber of Commerce 2004 Entrepreneurial Award recipient and won the prestigious IT Florida Excellence in IT leadership for 2006. In 2007, Mr. Parker sold CityNet to Xiocom Wireless whose cornerstone investor is Richemont, owner of international luxury brands including Cartier and Mont Blanc. Mr. Parker was also the founder of a local computer networking and Technology Company which originated in 1993 and was the Chamber’s 2002 Small Business of the Year and was listed in 1999 Florida Trend magazine as one of the “Businesses to Watch”. Mr. Parker was recognized as a “Key Player” in downtown Panama City by Bay Life Magazine in 2006.

Clif has been a lifelong active participant within his community. He is a former Board member of Florida’s Greater Northwest, a 16 county economic development organization. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Bay County Chambers of Commerce, Chairman of the Bay County Chamber's Local and State Government Committee, and Chairman of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Technology Committee. He has also served on the Board of Directors of several credit unions.

Mills Vautrot
VP Marketing/Strategy REACH3D

Mr. Vautrot has had a distinguished 22-year career in service industries extending from corporate technology sales to regional economic development. Mr. Vautrot has worked in both corporations and intensely entrepreneurial firms and brings a strong background in business development and facilitating start-ups. Mr. Vautrot worked with a firm later bought by GE Security serving the hospital, institution and large scale commercial real estate market and was a top sales producer with the organization. Mr. Vautrot also served as President of a privately held property services firm growing the revenue by 50% with no debt. Mr. Vautrot’s participation with Florida’s Great Northwest, a 501-C6 regional economic development organization resulted in a budget growth of 500% while raising recognition of the region among its primary market by 350%. His role included supporting the growth of the region’s technology entrepreneurs. In his two most previous positions Mr. Vautrot supported the marketing needs of the global launch of Xiocom Wireless, a wireless broadband company focused on developing markets including Latin America, Caribbean, Africa, India and APAC and the national launch of N4D, a 3D technology firm.

Jeff Xouris

Jeff Xouris is a senior marketing professional with more than 25 years of combined marketing communications, strategic planning and executive leadership within both agency and corporate environments. Throughout his career, Jeff has had the opportunity to provide marketing expertise and strategic counsel to dozens of organizations in both B2B and B2C categories, and in various stages of success – from start-up to the Fortune 100.

As vice president of marketing for Popstar Networks, Jeff leads the company’s overall strategic planning, brand-positioning , market research, program development and demand-generation initiatives. In addition, he provides direction for digital signage software product and solution development within the company’s key vertical segments of retail, quick-service and fast-casual restaurants, and healthcare.

Jeff has been recognized professionally by the American Marketing Association, the International Association of Business Communicators, and was recently named to the Digital ScreenMedia Association’s Mobile Integration Committee.

Lisa-anne Uhrmacher

Lisa is a 15 year wireless veteran with experience in mobile advertising, wireless data, and international business development. She helped drive the adoption of premium text messaging, and currently she is engaged in the rapidly growing Machine-to-Machine category. She was a founding member of the Mobile Giving Foundation, served on the board of the Mobile Marketing Association, and currently serves on the Board of the Tug McGraw Foundation. A native of Melbourne, Australia, she attended the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is a graduate of UMKC with a Degree in International Business. She is the devoted mother of three wonderful children, is a maniacal golfer and runner, and loves yoga, travelling, gardening and cooking.
