IP Convergence Means Channel Convergence
Increasingly, small businesses are demanding the savings and productivity advantages of replacing traditional phone systems with Voice over IP. Gartner predicts the Hosted VoIP market will jump from 300,000 lines in 2005 to more than 6 million in 2009. As data and voice networks converge, so are the Telecommunications and IT Service channels colliding, creating challenges and opportunities for traditional providers and new players alike.
Join this webinar for an informative discussion about what Interconnects and IT Service firms need to learn (from each other) as they gear up to deliver the next-generation converged solutions small businesses are demanding.
