With nearly 20 years' experience at IBM, Kosta has grown through the ranks from call center rep, to inside sales, to his current role as a Storage Client Technical Specialist. He is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support for IBM Storage Systems to both channel partners and enterprise clients.
