The modern workforce is growing faster than we've ever seen before due to the rise in mobile device usage, bring your own devices (BYOD) and the continued virtualization of organizations to the cloud. Small businesses in particular are benefiting from a mobile workforce making it possible to compete against larger businesses with bigger IT budgets.   It is estimated that 75% of the workforce in the US is already mobile and IDC predicts that by 2015 the numbers, worldwide, will reach 1.3 billion or a staggering 37.2% of global workforce.

Daryl Reva

Furthermore, Reva worked to revamp Fonality's channel program, launching several key initiatives and programs that drove indirect business growth by double digits. Prior to Fonality, Reva supported data networking and Enterprise-grade telephony portfolios in a product role with Avaya, via the Nortel acquisition. When not working, Daryl can be found with this family, on the golf course, on a hockey rink, or training for triathlons.


Ashish Singh

Ashish Singh is the Director of Strategy at Mitel Networks with responsibility for service innovation and market strategy for its mobile business unit. Ashish brings more than 18 years of wireless and telecom industry experience specializing in product conceptualization and go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Mavenir, he has worked with Sprint, Nextel, AT&T, Cap Gemini and Riverrun focusing on mobility and m2m solutions. Ashish holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.


Dave Michels
 Industry Analyst

Dave is an industry analyst and consultant focused on business communications; particularly around emerging trends such as cloud telephony, endpoints, mobility, and channel strategies. Dave has a background in enterprise IT and networks, and a passion for IP Telephony. He is an active blogger on telecom and related topics at www.TalkingPointz.com.

Dave's background combines years of IT operational experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Coors and GE as well as mid-size organizations in travel and manufacturing. He has strong experience with channel development, from manufacturer, distributor, and dealer perspectives.

Dave holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado. He also completed advanced certifications in Information Systems from Harvard. Dave tends to take a critical eye to technology and its role, often resulting with unique perspectives.
