As the General Manager of the Mitel Next Accelerator, his team is responsible for co-ideating new products and services with lighthouse customers to better enable today's connected enterprises. For more than a decade, Joshua has worked at Mitel in sales, marketing and sales engineering leadership roles. Prior to joining Mitel, his experience included leading an innovative technology integrator and business process consulting for Arthur Andersen. Joshua graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Residing in Prosper, Texas, he and his wife of 18 years are the proud parents of five amazing children.

As the Assistant Superintendent of Technology at Wauconda Community Unit School District #118, one of Scott's top priorities was to centralize and standardize next-generation communications for his district's six locations and 600 users – and moving communications to the cloud was the choice that allowed him to do so while supporting and enhancing business operations and student achievement.
