Wednesday April 9, 2014
TIME: 2:00pm ET/ 11:00am PT

Physical addresses are an underestimated source of error in CRM applications, often caused by the customer or the operator’s lack of familiarity with addressing formats and addresses in general.

Loqate will address the problems that erroneous addresses typically cause, including reduced efficiency and financial losses, and demonstrate how address verification can be a revenue driver as well as a data quality control.

Finally, we will provide demonstrations of the tight integration between address verification and CRM connectors.

What attendees will learn:

  • The causes and impact of physical address errors in CRM
  • How correct physical addresses can be a source revenue
  • The different ways that addresses can be verified and corrected

Who should attend:

  • Sales force managers
  • Ecommerce software developers and integrators
