Kirsten Felgate is a Senior Tax Compliance Analyst at EZtax Services.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree and a Master’s of Accounting Degree from the University of Kansas’s School of Business.  Over the past three years, Ms. Felgate has provided tax compliance support for EZtax’s existing client base and has played a role in new client integration.  She is skilled in indirect return preparation for various industries, with a specialization in telecommunications.  Ms. Felgate routinely interacts with jurisdictional authorizes regarding notice and tax dispute resolution and consumes a wealth of knowledge on complex risks and requirements regarding indirect tax compliance.




Toby Bargar
Senior Tax Consultant, EZtax

Toby Bargar is a Senior Tax Consultant at EZtax.  He has spent the last 14 years consulting with clients concerning complex transaction tax issues, particularly in the field of communications tax and regulatory cost surcharges.  In addition to consultations, Mr. Bargar has assisted in the training and implementation of tax departments for clients nationwide, the execution and management of tax systems, and represents EZtax frequently as an expert presenter on transaction tax and regulatory issues. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from William Jewel College and a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Kansas School Of Law, and is admitted to the practice of Law before the Supreme Court of Kansas. Mr. Bargar is a member of tax organizations such as the Institute of Professionals in Tax and the Broadband Tax Institute. With his cumulative professional experience, Toby Bargar brings a wealth of information to any forum.

Chris Brown has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry dealing with Fortune 2000 enterprises and service providers globally. As Technology Director, Chris is responsible for overseeing the development team and development processes as well as setting the strategic technical direction of the Company. During his tenure at LogiSense, Chris has acted as a Senior Software Developer, Business Analyst, Sales Engineer culminating in his final role as Technology, Director.


Prior to LogiSense, Chris held a Senior Software Development role with Switchview/Avotus focusing on Enterprise class software for the Telecommunications market. He was a key member responsible for the architecture of their hosted services and applications. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University Of Western Ontario.

Ricky Gill is a Product Manager at LogiSense and is responsible for building and executing on product strategy. Mr. Gill received his B.Eng (Software Engineering) from McMaster University in 2005 before joining Redknee Inc., where he spent 8 years working in various key roles across R&D and Product Management.  Prior to joining LogiSense, Mr. Gill was a Senior Technology Architect at Telus Inc. responsible for network strategy in the policy and charging control domain.”
