Sean Schneyer

Sean Schneyer

Sean Kendall Schneyer, Director of M2M solutions, is responsible for working with M2M/IoT, mHealth and other emerging solutions for North America. During his 15yr tenure at Ericsson, Schneyer has stayed at the forefront of the industry working with a number of key technology areas as they were emerging such as Mobile Positioning, Multimedia Messaging System (MMS), IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), IPTV & Media and currently M2M/IoT.


Prior to joining Ericsson, Schneyer was a lecturer and a published researcher at Karlstad University as part of the Distributed Systems and Communications Research Group (DISCO). His research focused on experimental transport protocols and their impacts on the network.


Schneyer holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Karlstad University in Sweden.
