As a Senior Solutions Architect, John advises executives, strategy leaders, and Information Technology teams around the globe on the design, deployment, and acceleration of technical solutions that help customers and partners develop plans to optimize their environments and scale for future growth, based on Intel architecture. John provides his data center consulting expertise to the Intel field sales and technical engineers, fellow travelers, and clients to design, optimize and deploy state of the art, energy efficient data center solutions – many of which were documented in Intel case studies.

John has over 25+ years of IT experience – he joined Intel 17 years ago – coming from IBM, Sequent Computer Systems, Teleglobe Canada and Petro-Canada where he was a senior consultant, technical architect and project lead. He has accumulated extensive experience in Data Center Optimization and Efficiencies, Data Center migration, Power Thermal assessment, Power Management and Orchestration, Systems and storage architectures (SDI, SDS), databases, application characterization, server consolidation, workload placement, virtualization and cloud architectures. John has established trusted relationships with Global 1000 customers across many industries.

John has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
