Kyle York is Dyn's Chief Marketing Officer and has led the corporate growth, branding, communications, demand generation, positioning, business development and overall go-to-market strategy behind Dyn's rapid and aggressive scaling since 2008. Prior to joining Dyn, Kyle spent nearly six years at SaaS technology company, WhippleHill Communications, Inc., acquired by Blackbaud Inc. (Nasdaq: BLKB).

In addition to his efforts at Dyn, Kyle, who is an angel investor and entrepreneur, has played a major role in the establishment of New Hampshire as a vibrant technology and innovation ecosystem. Raised in a family business, Kyle is also a strong supporter and promoter of family business. He is a co-founder of music and brand alignment agency 1band 1brand, is chairman of Alpha Loft (New Hampshire's most powerful and influential non-profit for entrepreneurship), and board member of Rock On Foundation, the charity of NBA player Matt Bonner and his brother, Luke.

Kyle is also an advisor and investor in several startups looking to scale like Fastly, Catchpoint, UXPin, Distil Networks, and more — all Dyn clients and partners. To support these efforts he also co-founded The SaaS Syndicate on AngelList, to help fund early stage SaaS businesses. Additionally, he is a board director for sales intelligence company, Datanyze, where he is also an investor.

Kyle has been a speaker at many universities and at technology conferences throughout the world, such as Harvard, Bentley, Stetson, SNHU, The Next Web, Launch, Dublin Web Summit, HostingCon, and Interop. He has also been featured in USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, TechCrunch, Entrepreneur.com & Web Hosting Industry Review. He holds a BS in Marketing from Bentley University and lives in Bedford, NH, with wife, Katie and sons, Henry and Teddy.

Jim O'Neill is HubSpot's Chief People Officer. He joined HubSpot in 2007 as CIO and helped scale the company from fewer than ten employees and a handful of customers to nearly 800 employees and more than 13,500 customers. During those years, he helped design and build HubSpot's highly scalable cloud infrastructure, for both the HubSpot product as well as the company's internal use, both building from and leveraging the top SaaS and Cloud providers and creating next generation platforms. He has also helped build innovative, technology-based solutions to help make HubSpot a great place to work and preserve our unique culture even as we continue to see rapid growth. In 2015, he was named CPO and took on management of HubSpot's culture and people operations.

Prior to joining HubSpot, Jim was CTO and President of Pyramid Digital Solutions, where he helped reinvigorate the technology platform while doubling the revenue in under two years and then ultimately helped sell the business to SunGard in 2005. Following the sale, Jim stayed on as SVP and CTO, designing and building an enterprise software platform for financial services partnering with strategic customers to bring this to market in under 2 years.

Throughout his career, Jim has focused on product development of new and emerging platforms to generate new revenue streams for start-ups or more mature high growth companies. Jim is an expert on cloud-based technologies, sits on the Massachusetts Governor's Council for Innovation, holds a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and speaks frequently at industry conferences and events.
