Justin Norris
Chief Executive Officer, DIGITALK
Justin Norris is Managing Director and co-founder of DIGITALK, where he oversees the continued evolution of the DIGITALK business and of the market and industry leading telecommunications products, applications and services that DIGITALK produces.
Although DIGITALK has continued to grow even through industry downturns, Justin still plays an active role in all aspects of the company, and continues to drive DIGITALK towards new growth areas in technology and application development through his vision of telecommunications in the 21st Century.
An industry leader, throughout his career Justin has been at the forefront in the introduction of new technologies, and was heavily involved into the early developments and introduction of CTI (Computer-Telephony Integration) technology. It was Justin’s vision of next generation intelligent switching platforms, based on open standards, that was the catalyst for the birth of DIGITALK.
Before founding DIGITALK, Justin spent over 5 years working on the development of computer telephony hardware and software solutions. With a strong software engineering background, Justin contributes to both engineering and technology at DIGITALK, but his principal focus remains on business strategy.

Neil French
Solutions Architect, DIGITALK
Neil French has over 15 years technology experience in IT and Telecommunications, having worked in both IT roles with banking and insurance and within both the service provider and equipment vendor telecommunications environments.
Neil has been with DIGITALK since 1998, and is responsible for product development across the whole of the DIGITALK product portfolio.
Originally from a background in database development and management, Neil has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years, and was a key member of development team at Swiftcall, the first alternate prepaid service provider in the UK, where he was responsible for the development of both the network architecture and for the implementation of customer service solutions through the development of software on network service nodes.
Neil joined DIGITALK in 1998 and was originally responsible for systems integration and implementation for the delivery of customer deployments. Neil joined the product development and management team in 2001.

Erik Linask
Group Managing Editor, TMCnet
Erik oversees the daily operation of TMCnet, which delivers news, information, videos, white papers, podcasts, and more to three million visitors each month. He is also a contributor to TMCnet as well as TMC’s IP Communications publications. Prior to joining the TMC team, several years ago, he was Managing Editor at Global Custodian, a global securities services publication, where he also managed the magazine’s survey research. Erik began his professional career at management consulting firm Leadership Research Institute.
