The Leading Edge: Open Text Fax Server Does FoIP Right!
Thursday,
June 25, 2009,
1:00pm ET (New York) / 10:00am PT (San Francisco)
Open Text and Dialogic enable a straightforward migration to FoIP, bringing IP cost savings and operating efficiencies to enterprise fax networks and business processes. Join this informative webinar and learn how the market leaders in fax technologies can help you:
- Deliver rapid ROI for enterprises who invest in the leading FoIP server technology
- Provide seamless interoperability with enterprise voice and data networks, regardless of vintage
- Support enterprise server virtualization initiatives with 100% software solutions enabled by appliance gateways
- Dramatically reduce energy consumption with server virtualization
- Reduce excessive paper and toner consumption from standalone fax machines
Why learn about FoIP anyway?
FoIP enables convergence to increase efficiency and reduce management and maintenance, enable long-distance fax calls with least-cost routing, and automate manually intensive paperwork. These advantages go far beyond the peace of mind that comes of complying effectively with business requirements, such as Sabanes-Oxley, HIPAA, Basel II, and others, that FoIP enables electronically. FoIP can also:
- Reduce maintenance and management costs by enabling a single converged voice, fax, and data network
- Reduce operating costs by eliminating analog fax lines and integrating MFPs, lowering long-distance fax bills with least-cost-routing, and allowing high economy of scale with VoIP gateways and centralized fax servers
- Increase efficiency with smart process flows for creating, receiving, routing, reviewing, and approving documents
- Lower labor costs by automating manually intensive tasks such as generating invoices, purchase orders, loan applications, and order confirmations.
Who Should Attend?
- Enterprise IT and Telecom Professionals
- Business Process Automation Specialists
- Converged Communications System Integrators and VARs
