Interactive Voice/Video Response (IVVR): The Next Great Breakthrough in Customer Self-Service

Jeff Dworkin

Product/ Segment Marketing Manager, Enterprise Marketing Group Dialogic

Jeff Dworkin is a Product/Segment Marketing Manager in the Enterprise Marketing Group at Dialogic and is currently responsible for the marketing efforts within the Open Source Telecommunications, Fax and Fax-Over-IP , and the IVVR and Video Enabled Contact Center Markets at Dialogic. Jeff is an industry veteran, having started his career as an IVR systems developer, he later co-founded Interface Alternative (later renamed iFace.com) in 1992 where he designed and implemented some of the first commercial grade IVR systems that included speech recognition, speaker verification and text-to-speech systems for use in the banking, transportation, retail, health care , and entertainment industries. Jeff has held marketing and business development positions at pulver.com, Endavo Media and Communications and Pandora Networks.
