The topic of service level agreement (SLA) assurance is growing in importance for the businesses and service providers who are increasingly reliant on Ethernet services. As Ethernet has transitioned into a mainstream service for mission-critical applications such as enterprise and cloud connectivity, wireless backhaul and wholesale services, the stakes have been raised for guaranteed SLAs and real-time verification of SLA conformance. While end-to-end performance monitoring and real-time customer visibility to that information has historically been a challenge for Ethernet services, new technologies and services now make it fast and easy to provide SLA assurance in multi-vendor networks.

This webinar provides an overview of the key enabling technologies for SLA assurance services with real-world examples of how innovative service providers like DukeNet Communications have added these capabilities to their networks for increased customer satisfaction and service differentiation.

  • The rapidly evolving role of SLA assurance services
  • New opportunities for real-time SLA performance visibility to enhance operations for enterprises, wireless operators, and wholesale partners, while providing differentiation for the Ethernet service provider
