Robert Rankin has spent 37 years in the telecom industry. Currently serves as President of Presence Management LLC, the U.S. Distributor for Ericsson-LG IP PBX products. Bob has also spent 20 years in the safety industry while working for Federal Signal Corp. His experience in public sector safety and industrial alerting, as well as communications platforms, provided the background to allow for the development of the StaffAlerter System. Bob saw a need to leverage premise and cloud telephone systems to incorporate both command and control as well as a mass notification features that can be added to any brand of phone system. StaffAlerter can also be used standalone to provide up to the minute situational awareness and the ability to communicate with larger staff immediately.
