Luke Matthew is the Information Services Manager, responsible for middleware and voice infrastructure teams at Mutual of Omaha. Luke has spent the majority of his career in IT Infrastructure and Operations. He and his team are currently in the process of migrating several thousand users from an on-premise solution to RingCentral across 150 office locations.
