Alan Percy
Director of Business Development, AudioCodes
Mr. Percy is Director of Business Development at AudioCodes, a leading provider of Voice over IP Telephony enabling technology. In this role, Mr. Percy is responsible for identifying market trends and building relationships to foster new business opportunities. Mr. Percy joined AudioCodes in 2001 and brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, networking and wireless equipment industries. Mr. Percy holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Buffalo, has had a number of papers published in various telecommunications technical journals. Mr. Percy is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and was recently named to the 100 Top Voices of IP Communications by Internet Telephony magazine.

Steve Sokol
Software Product Manager, Digium - The Asterisk Company
Steven Sokol is the product manager for software products at Digium. He joined the firm in the summer of 2007 when his company, Sokol & Associates, was acquired. While at Sokol & Associates he developed and marketed the Asterisk Bootcamp, a highly successful training program for Asterisk users and administrators and managed a staff of Asterisk consultants and contract developers. In 2004 Sokol & Associates and Edvina AB partnered to launch AstriCon, the annual Asterisk conference and exhibition.
Prior to discovering Asterisk, Sokol architected and managed the development of e-IVR, a voice processing platform and provided communications consulting services. Mr. Sokol has a bachelor of arts degree from Westminster College in Fulton, MO. He lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife Amy and daughter Katie.

Erik K. Linask
Group Managing Editor, Technology Marketing Corporation (Moderator)
Erik oversees the daily operation of TMCnet, which delivers news, information, videos, white papers, podcasts, and more to three million visitors each month. He is also a contributor to TMCnet as well as TMC’s IP Communications publications.
Prior to joining the TMC team, several years ago, he was Managing Editor at Global Custodian, a global securities services publication, where he also managed the magazine’s survey research. Erik began his professional career at management consulting firm Leadership Research Institute. |
