Sunil Bhatia is the Technology Architect at Aricent for the Mobile Device Solutions segment. Sunil has 10 plus years of experience in the telecom industry and has been spearheading Aricent’s Android program development since its inception in 2007. Prior to joining Aricent, Sunil has worked with multiple companies on native handset platform development including NEC Systems Technology Japan, Siemens and DCM Technologies.

He also has extensive experience on multiple platforms and OS including Symbian, WinCE, and J2ME.At Aricent he has been engaged in designing and developing a plethora of apps for Android OS (maps, web browsers, GPS and social networking clients) as well as widgets for YouTube, Flickr, Finance, Traffic, and Weather. Sunil holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Masters in Computer Applications from Kurukshetra University, India.


Nelson Lee

Nelson Lee is the Vice President of Corporate Sales Marketing at SiS overseeing product strategy and product marketing. Additionally he heads the Marketing Communications function as well as spearheads the promotional strategy and activities for corporate brand building. Nelson has 15 plus years of experience in the Personal Computer market and has been employed with SiS since 1991 where he has been engaged in multiple technology segments including multi-touch applications, Digital TV, and consumer electronics products. Nelson holds Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Chinese Culture University, Taiwan and an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management from the, National Chengchi University, Taiwan


Suriya Mohan S.
Senior Technology Architect, Aricent

Suriya is the senior Technology Architect at Aricent for the Mobile Device Solutions segment. Suriya has 9+ years of experience in the communications multimedia domain and has extensive experience on Linux, Windows, Windows Mobile and Android platform and application development.

At Aricent Suriya has been involved in mobile application development, DirectShow (Filter/DMO) and OpenMax plug-in development. In addition he also works on the integration of 3rd party hardware decoders & OpenCore multimedia frameworks for the Android platform, DLNA MHD device classes for both Android and Windows Mobile, GStreamer plug-ins for Linux as well as the integration of multimedia CODECs and components on chipsets. He has played a key role in helping leading manufacturers like Samsung and Sony Ericsson attain multimedia certification including DIVX certification for the Samsung OMNIA and XVID Certification for the Sony Ericsson X2.
