With over 14 years of proven experience in the telecommunications industry, Amit leads the strategic technology initiatives for Tone Software’s ReliaTel® VoIP QoS Management and Voice Service Assurance Solution. Amit’s background includes in-depth technical knowledge and experience with TDM, IP,VoIP, and SIP technologies, as well as broadcast video and network QoS for carrier class providers. Prior to TONE SOFTWARE, Amit led the product management, pre-sales and professional services/engineering efforts for ECtel, Inc’s QoS product line. Amit holds a B.S. in Biomechanical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

With over 10 years of telecommunications and product management experience, Paul leads the strategic alignment of Tone’s ReliaTel® VoIP QoS Management and Voice Service Assurance Solution with the evolving needs of both enterprise and managed service provider clients. Paul’s background includes extensive technical expertise and hands on development of VoIP, IP PBX, unified communications, and IPT management technologies. Prior to TONE SOFTWARE, Paul led both engineering and product management teams for communications technology companies including Communicado Inc.,SyncVoice, and Danville Engineering in Northern California.
