John Stefanac is president of Qualcomm Southeast Asia & Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Stefanac oversees the execution of Qualcomm's market strategies and manage
the Company's business operations throughout the region.
Stefanac has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technologies industries. He has joined Qualcomm from Nokia Siemens Networks where, as vice president and general manager of Asia/Pacific, he led the company's regional marketing and sales efforts.
Previously, he served as vice president of sales and business development Asia/Pacific for Flextronics Network Services in Singapore. Stefanac also spent more than 10 years in leadership positions at Lucent Technologies/AT&T in Australia and Singapore, managing the company's in-country sales of optical networking equipment, wireless and
broadband systems and software products to service providers.
Stefanac earned a Master's of Business Administration from Henley School of Management in the United Kingdom.

Nakul Duggal

Nakul Duggal started working at Qualcomm in his early 20’s and has risen to the position of Vice President for Qualcomm’s Engineering Services Group (ESG) in less than 15 years. In addition to providing leadership on strategy and services for OMH™, he directs a cross-functional team with responsibilities ranging from program management, product management, engineering, and business development teams worldwide.
Duggal joined Qualcomm in 1995 as an engineer focused on the company’s commercial base station and infrastructure business. Subsequent successes in both engineering and project lead roles elevated Duggal to various management positions within Qualcomm’s ESG, where he continues to focus on the development and commercialization of CDMA and UMTS technologies.
Prior to joining Qualcomm, Duggal was a product engineer at Tata Telecom in India, where he was responsible for product management and systems engineering for the company’s wire-line switching systems.
Duggal holds a BSEE degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University, India and a recently finished his master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management while working full time. Shortly after receiving his MBA, he was promoted to VP of Engineering.

Alexander Dadson

Alex Dadson is senior director of Business Development and the managing director of Qualcomm West Africa. In his role he works with operators, infrastructure vendors, OEMs and other stakeholders to design and execute CDMA/3G network and device strategies in the region.
Prior to Qualcomm, Alex was managing partner and founder of the Blue Management Group (BMG), a Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) management and advisory firm. Before BMG, Alex was at Alcatel-Lucent and several Silicon Valley entrepreneurial start-ups in a variety of technical and leadership positions covering a diverse portfolio of products and technologies.
Mr. Dadson has a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dinesh Prasad

Dinesh Prasad is Sr. Director of Sales and Business Development at Qualcomm India with the key responsibility of building the device ecosystem in India. He is responsible for driving Qualcomm’s chipset business with Global & Indian OEMs . He has also been instumental in creating an ecosystem of Indian OEMs and Brands who have been actively promoting CDMA and 3G devices.
Dinesh has over 17 years experience in the telecom sector and his domain expertise lies in telecom network infrastructure, service layer products and devices. His experience spans across all telecom dimensions – deployment, operation, sales and business development. Dinesh has contributed towards the CDMA infrastructure growth in the country right from the early stages of CDMA deployment in 1995.
Prior to joining Qualcomm, he was with Ericsson leading Service Layer Business development & BPL mobile as Member of Technical Staff . He began his career with VSNL , an Internal Gateway Service Provider.
