Gerry has over 30 years of experience in the sales and service industries, ranging from Account Manager to Sales Vice President. He had a successful career at Bell Canada that included developing call centre programs, training strategies and course content for Bell Canada’s Phone Power team and working with major Canadian companies.
His various business roles have helped him understand the long term economic value that truly loyal and happy customers generate and that will separate a company from its competition. Consequently, in his current role as Director - EMEA for Strativity his focus is now squarely on helping businesses create a memorable and lasting customer experience that will drive loyalty, reduce attrition and bring profitable customers back again and again.
