Developing Dynamic Personalized Contact Center Applications with Cisco

Session Description:
This must-attend session will show you how to create a personalized contact center application using Cisco Call Studio (Eclipse-based), speech recognition, VoiceXML, and web or enterprise applications. Learn how the Cisco Customer Voice Portal and interactive voice response technology built into Cisco IOS work together to allow you to build and deliver almost any self-service application you can think of.

Cisco Technology Developer Program

Description:
This session will outline Cisco Systems' new approach to enabling developer communities and partnering strategies . During this session Rick will overview developer community tools, Cisco technology Partner Programs and accessing co marketing opportunities that bring greater visibility to 3rd party applications as part of an overall Cisco solution.

Speaker Bio:
Cisco Systems Senior Marketing Manager, IP Communications Business Unit Richard Tywoniak joined Cisco in August of 2000 and has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 companies. He is a Senior Marketing Manager for Cisco's IP Communications Business Unit where, for the last five years, he has been responsible for managing Cisco’s third party Technology Developer Program. During this time he has managed a team that overseas IP Communications Partners who deliver a variety of advanced applications that compliment Cisco’s portfolio of products. Richard received both his BA and his MBA in Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley.

Developing Successful Applications with the Cisco Unified Application Environment

Description:
Every customer has a killer app waiting to be built; the Cisco Unified Application Environment is just the platform for building it. This session will introduce you to development of media-rich, converged applications on the Cisco Unified Application Environment, with emphasis on how existing capabilities of the platform can enable rapid development that leverages an existing Unified Communications infrastructure. We will also focus on how the platform can be extended to make relevant applications that converge voice with enterprise applications and data. Organizations can use these new converged applications to improve communications, transform business processes and create competitive advantage.

Speaker Bio:
Seth Call is a senior software engineer and developer evangelist on the development team for the Cisco Unified Application Environment. He focuses on developer-related aspects of the CUAE, such as documentation, developer training, developer support, and product support. Call holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
