FirstComm Extends Service Agreement with IDI Billing Solutions

By Luke Bellos March 17, 2021

IDI Billing, a cloud-based billing and workflow automation provider, has announced that the company will be continuing its partnership with FirstComm to provide Billing as a Service for FirstComm’s midwest customer base.

FirstComm specializes in cloud-based business solutions involving communications, data, voice, security and managed services. The company’s partnership with IDI Billing enables customers to engage in secure financial operations, as well as provide resources for businesses to automate selling, billing and activating. Using IDI’s Cost Guard application, customers can monetize their services and offer customers new ways to manage routine business activities.

“With IDI Billing Solutions, we have a trusted partner dedicated to meeting our evolving business needs. The company’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions, and investment in research and development, sets them apart from other vendors,” commented FirstComm President Mark Sollenberger “We have implemented workflow capabilities and automated processes across our back-office environment, allowing us to optimize our operational efficiencies and gain visibility into many areas of managing our customers.”

The extension of the partnership seems to be a logical step for both companies, as cloud-based services and automation continue to rise in demand due to the working conditions brought on by the pandemic.

“IDI Billing Solutions is proud to continue our partnership with FirstComm and help deliver a premier experience to their customers throughout their lifecycle,” said Patrick Talty, President, IDI Billing Solutions. “We look forward to playing an integral role in their journey forward as they continue to drive critical process optimizations, improve capabilities and maximize revenue.”
