CoreDial Unveils Highly Requested Microsoft Teams Integration

By Luke Bellos March 15, 2021

Cloud and contact center solutions provider CoreDial (News - Alert) has announced the release of Cornexa, the company’s long awaited Microsoft Teams integrator. The highly requested solution will now enable CoreDial customers to bring the company’s call functions to the widely used platform.

The popularity of Microsoft Teams has exploded in the last year. According to software provider Aternity (News - Alert), the company estimated that Teams averages around 150 million daily active users, jumping 894% in 2020 alone. This clear demand for the platform has resulted in channel partners rushing to create solutions that can easily be supported, which led to CoreDial spending most of Q4 fine tuning Cornexa to ensure proper functionality.

"CoreNexa offers complete cloud communications services including voice, video, collaboration, messaging and contact center services to business customers, and for those customers already using MS Teams, the CoreNexa MS Teams Integrator rounds out the offering,” commented CoreDial' CEO Alan Rihm. “It helps extend the usefulness and capabilities of MS Teams, and enables our Partners to deepen their value with their customers."

Using Microsoft (News - Alert) Team’s direct routing, users will be able to make and receive calls from CoreNexa through MS Teams platform. The integration will also give users full access to the entire suite of call services, such as three way calling, call transferring, call waiting, and many more.

Rihm added, "Integrating MS Teams with the CoreNexa platform provides our Partners tremendous flexibility and will create opportunities for the channel to expand and grow business with existing customers, and to secure new and larger customers."
