Stack8 Partners with RingCentral for Unified Communications Service

Communications firms Stack8 and RingCentral (News - Alert) announced a partnership that will deliver a new cloud service for users on a wide range of devices and any location. By offering RingCentral’s Unified Communications (News - Alert) as-a-Service (UCaaS) platform to Stack8’s global customer base, the new program will allow cloud-based text messaging, video conferencing, and international phone use for Stack8 customers across the world. This will allow users to easily handle remote working situations, and provide high quality communications services without boundaries.

Through the new partnership, customers will be able to communicate seamlessly on any device in any location. The integration of a business-grade UC platform with a proven UC management solution will maximize allow both companies to maximize their value proposition.

Along with the new service features, there are plans to further develop Stack8’s SMACS Unified Communications Management Platform (UCMP), a comprehensive tool that provides built-in business intelligence, out-of-the-box processes, and the ability to customize interfaces based on the customers’ process needs. The complementary nature of this business relationship is a perfect example of having the best of both worlds, by combining the best aspects of two specialized companies into one amazing service.
