Telinta Enables ITSPs and MSPs to Easily Transition Customers to Teleworking

By Erik Linask April 08, 2020

As businesses continue to adjust to a new world where millions of employees are working from home suddenly as COVID-19 continues it spread, the key to successfully managing the transition to teleworking is having the technology to enable it.  For SMBs, in particular, this can be a challenge, since many don’t have the IT expertise to quickly migrate from their on-premises solutions to cloud.

For many MSPs and ITSPs, this has created an increased demand for unified communications solutions, which may they may not be equipped to handle, at least not at the scale that’s now needed.

Cloud-based switching and billing solutions provider Telinta is ready to help, with its teleworking solution, which can help providers quickly bring businesses online with a broad array of communications capabilities, featuring its Virtual Office solutions.

“Businesses all over the globe are demanding the flexibility to enable employees to work from home when needed,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta (News - Alert).  “Our brandable cloud-based solutions provide ITSPs the capabilities they need to meet this growing need, without deploying any hardware or software.”

Telinta’s Virtual Office – which has won Best of Show awards at ITEXPO – allows providers to deliver reliable, location agnostic communications services to businesses, while letting customers maintain control over features via a customized web portal.  Customers are able to provision extensions, set up voicemail, auto-attendants and IVR, call routing, faxing, conferencing, and other features

With Telinta’s hosted softswitch and billing platform, providers and resellers are able to quickly and easily deliver VoIP services to virtually any device.  With Virtual Office, users can also leverage Telinta’s mobile softphone app for voice and video calls or messaging.  The system will even enable voice calling with analog phones without an ATA.  Using whatever devices they have access to at home, employees will be able to work normally.

In addition to enabling rapid deployment, Telinta’s real-time billing solution allows providers to extend convenient payment options, including credit or debits cards, PayPal (News - Alert), and create subscription plans, promotions and volume discounts.

Telinta’s Work-from-Home solution includes:

  • Fast, easy re-routing of Hosted PBX (News - Alert) extensions via end user web portals
  • Feature-rich audio conferencing
  • Self-care portals for end users and resellers
  • Class 5 features for business and residential VoIP

ITEXPO has always offered businesses the opportunity to learn and about and see firsthand the latest business technologies that are driving innovations in business communications and collaboration.  Part of the TechSuperShow, ITEXPO (News - Alert), along with many of its collocated events, is coming to the brand new Miami Beach Convention Center, June 22-25, 2021.  Along with MSP ExpoSD-WAN ExpoFuture of Work Expo, and more, ITEXPO offers an unprecedented opportunity for education and networking for   Enterprises and SMBs, service providers and carriers, MSPs, and channel partner to explore the latest technologies that are driving business success.
