Jonathan Christensen has more than 15 years of experience shaping strategy for the growth of IP communications in start-ups and world class organizations such as Skype, Microsoft, and Time Warner.

In 2005, Jonathan co-founded Camino Networks where he was CEO until it was acquired by Skype. He is currently a senior member of the Skype team leading core technology development for audio and video, as well as initiatives for voice quality, network interconnect, and business adoption.

Prior to Skype/Camino, Jonathan was CTO and VP of products at FaceTime Communications, where he led the company's product strategy in a shift from call center applications to real time communications security solutions.

At Microsoft, Jonathan lead program management for the company�s Real-Time Communications group and delivered the first generation of its SIP based products (aka Live Communications Server). Christensen also held group manager roles in the Network Solutions Groups and MSN Voice Services groups where he was responsible for business and product development.

Prior to joining Microsoft Corporation, Jonathan held management positions at Time Warner, pioneering commercial Internet services including access, hosting, and Web design. While at Time Warner, he was instrumental in bringing to market the first generation of consumer broadband services.

Jonathan has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara.


Xuedong Huang

Xuedong Huang is general manager of the Communications Innovation Center (CIC) at Microsoft Corp, and has over 20 years of experience in speech technologies. He is responsible for helping to rapidly incubate and bring to market new, advanced communications products and services. One of CIC�s latest products is Microsoft Response Point, an advanced phone system for the small business sector.

Huang joined Microsoft in 1993 and has spent his career helping to advance speech recognition technologies in a variety of capacities. He founded Microsoft�s first speech recognition research group where he helped to incubate speech and natural user interface technologies. In 2000, Huang shifted his energy and served as general manager of Microsoft's Speech Platforms Group, where he led the business and development of Speech Server and other voice technologies.

Prior to Microsoft, Huang directed development of the Sphinx-II speech recognition system at the Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Sciences. For their work, Huang and his team received the 1992 Alan Newell research excellence medal, in addition to recognition from DARPA. Huang has received the National Education Commission of China's 1987 Science and Technology Progress Award, and SpeechTek has named him a top 10 leader of the speech industry.

Huang also serves as an affiliate Professor at University of Washington and the honorary dean of School of Software Engineering at Hunan University. He has co-authored two books and published more than 100 peer reviewed papers. Huang holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from University of Edinburgh, a master's in Computer Sciences from Tsinghua University and a bachelor's in Computer Sciences from Hunan University.


Vikram Saksena

As chief technology officer, Vikram Saksena is responsible for Sonus' advanced technology direction, guiding the future development of Sonus' wireless solutions, and increasing Sonus' technical focus on external audiences and government agencies.

Vikram has over twenty years of senior management experience in the telecom and cable market. Before Sonus, he spent sixteen years at AT&T building their data network services, software and network infrastructure for Frame Relay, ATM, and IP. He became an AT&T fellow and chief technologist of the Data Networking Business Unit, responsible for service and technology innovations around IP quality of service, Multi-protocol Label Switching (MPLS), and IP-voice. Previously he served as chief technology officer and vice president of engineering of two start-up companies, MaxComm Technologies and Narad Networks, focusing on the development of next generation technologies for the DSL and cable markets. Vikram has published over one hundred papers and has been awarded over fifteen patents. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a senior member of the IEEE.

Sharone Ben-Levi is Vice President of Marketing Enterprise Enhanced Services at AudioCodes Inc. He is responsible for setting strategic direction and marketing execution for enabling technology solutions. Mr. Ben-Levi joined AudioCodes in 2000 as a sales and marketing director with a wide range of product responsibilities and a consistent performance record of attaining top level sales. Prior to joining AudioCodes, he managed sales for Nice Systems in Northern Europe and held engineering and managerial positions in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Intelligence Corps, SIGINT Unit. Mr. Ben-Levi has 14 years of telecommunications experience. Mr. Ben-Levi holds Engineering and MBA degrees from Tel-Aviv University.


Michael Tessler

Michael Tessler brings over 20 years of business strategy and technology experience to his role as co-founder, CEO and president of BroadSoft, focused on bringing advanced carrier-grade communications systems to service providers worldwide. At Alcatel USA, where he was Vice President of Engineering in the Celcore organization, Tessler was responsible for all product development activities for several product lines. As a member of the senior staff, Tessler participated in the business strategy, helped manage the business day-to-day activities, and led the business development activities in China. Prior to Alcatel, Tessler held numerous senior management roles at Nortel and founded and led a services development business unit that helped local exchange carriers build and deploy advanced services on their digital networks. Tessler has two patents in the area of local switching, AIN, and advanced call management services and was a recent winner in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award program. Tessler received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Bryan R. Martin is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of 8x8, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGHT), provider of the Packet8 VoIP (voice over internet protocol) and videophone communications services. A seasoned 8x8 executive, Mr. Martin has served the company in a variety of corporate and engineering capacities including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President, Engineering Operations. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2001.

Mr. Martin holds 31 United States Patents in the fields of semiconductors, computer architecture, video processing algorithms, videophones and communications. In addition to his technical knowledge and expertise, Mr. Martin is well versed in industry and business affairs and has spoken before numerous trade, financial and regulatory organizations including the FCC, California Public Utilities Commission, California State Senate Energy, Utilities & Communications Committee, IEEE, National Emergency Number Association, Association of Police Communication Officials, Technet, Needham & Company, Supercomm, VON, United States Telecom Association and NGN. He is a member of the IEEE and Tau Beta Pi and received a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
