Effective January 1, 2009

Smart City (SC) is the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) in-house wired and wireless
Data/Network/Internet Service Provider. The following depicts the applicable rates for wireless
services should SC be selected as the ISP for the show and/or be the provider of wireless
services in public areas.

1. Attendee (128k) $12.95 per day

2. Attendee (128k) + VPN support $14.95 per day

3. Exhibitor (256k) $595.00 for the run of the show

4. Meeting Room (256k)* $325.00 per day

5. Packages for entire show and/or show management will be separately quoted by SC based on
technical and event requirements.
