In this role, Bradwell, a visionary, is “running IT as a business” - fundamentally transforming the IT organization from being a “cost center” to a “value center.” He leverages technology to drive business optimization, enabling high performance from the workforce. Bradwell has held a number of senior leadership positions and has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in information technology development, delivery and management. Prior to joining AARP, he worked as a Principle for IBM’s Media and Entertainment practice, with a primary focus of turning around troubled IT projects & corporate change management initiatives.

Guy Yasika is Director, Channel Development at Alteva, a hosted Unified Communications solution provider headquartered in Philadelphia. He is chairperson emeritus of CompTIA’s Technology Convergence community. Additionally, he is a CompTIA trainer for their Unified Communications curriculum and sits on the vendor advisor board for TCA & STC. A cloud evangelist since 2007 when he first joined Alteva, Yasika has been working in the VoIP space since 1999. During his tenure, Guy has built a program to assist channel development that includes a UC certification program; written papers and articles on various VoIP related topics; developed marketing toolkits and training programs; and helped many companies launch and transform their business. Prior to joining Alteva, Yasika was VP of sales for Atinav and solely launched aveComm, a VoIP collaborative tool for the desktop. In the Dotcom era, he worked in the consulting service industry that provided Oracle Consulting working. He also served on the NY Oracle Users Group Steering Committee and relaunched the Philadelphia Salesforce Users group. Additionally, he has taught at Columbia University.

Jay is currently Chief Information Officer for the American Cancer Society (ACS), a nationwide, community---based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the American Cancer Society has more than 900 local offices nationwide and a presence in more than 5,100 communities. Jay is responsible for the people, strategy and operations of the Global Information Technology organization. Prior to joining ACS in 2012, Jay served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AdCare Health Systems, a rapidly growing and recognized innovator in health care facility management. Jay spent the previous 7 years at AIG (American International Group), most recently as VP and CIO for AIG Aerospace, a leading global aerospace insurer. At AIG, Jay implemented numerous improvements that have delivered substantial value to the organization while managing significant organizational change in a turbulent market environment. In addition to his role as AVP of Information Technology with AIG Personal Lines, Jay was selected as CFO for Operations and Systems in 2006 and led multiple global IT Finance and Governance Standards initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in savings for the organization. Jay continues to be a thought leader in the Information Technology arena and is a frequent guest speaker and panelist, both in Atlanta and Nationwide. He’s been featured in multiple publications, including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, and CIO Magazine. In recognition of his accomplishments, Jay was selected as Georgia CIO of the Year in 2011, and is currently serving as Chair for the Georgia CIO Leadership Association. His commitment and dedication to community involvement is evidenced by the time and energy he contributes. In 2007, he founded the non---profit group, Priscilla’s Promise, in honor of his late wife, which raises funds for cervical cancer education and research. In 2011 he was elected to the Board of Directors for TechBridge, an Atlanta---based nonprofit organization that helps other nonprofits use technology to improve their capability to serve the community, and in 2013 was named Board Chair. Jay earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Georgia. Jay continues to be involved with his alma mater, both as a mentor for young alumni and as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for the Terry College of Business. Jay lives in the Metro Atlanta Area with his 3 sons: Trey, Connor and Alex.

Leith Martin is an investor, Co-Founder, CEO and President of EQUIINET, a company which provides intelligently integrated voice and threat management services for businesses, supported by a 24/7 system monitoring with response. Leith joined the EQUIINET founding team in 2010 after selling his ownership in Turnipseed International (TI) where he was the President for eleven years managing an annual year over year growth rate of 40% during that time. Turnipseed International provided fabricated steel and other engineered construction components to large national hotel and restaurant chains in the United States. Under his leadership, TI’s sales grew and profitability improved by expanding its operations in India and opened two offices in Bangalore, one provided the engineering services for US based businesses and the other did specialized programing, IT services and back office functions for TI. Leith received his BS Mechanical Engineering in 1995 graduating with honors and shortly thereafter his MBA from the University of Alabama. In 2007, Leith was admitted to the Owner President Management (OPM) program at the Harvard Business School in Boston, MA. OPM is a program by Harvard Business School specifically designed for entrepreneurs. In addition to his entrepreneurial aspirations of starting and growing companies, Leith is committed to his family. He is married to Ali Martin and the father of five children and is involved in their academic, athletic, and cultural activities. He serves his community through service work with his local church congregation and through service with nonprofit agencies to include United Way.

For the last 7+ years Bruce has led the sales department at NetCarrier, currently serving as Vice President of nCloud Sales with oversight of sales, sales support, and sales engineering for all NetCarrier services. During his tenure at NetCarrier, Wirt has achieved exponential sales growth, seeing annual revenues nearly triple during the seven year period. Notable accomplishments during that span include retaining more than 85% of the acquired customer base following the acquisition of SniP Communications’ assets in 2010, the successful creation and launch of NetCarrier’s unique VAR program, and most recently leading the expansion of NetCarrier from a regional CLEC into a national solutions provider.Wirt’s channel sales philosophy is consistent and unwavering, as NetCarriers national expansion has been fueled by strategically recruiting VARs and Agents in targeted geographies.
