Craig Steen serves as President and CEO of Clear2there. Steve Markey is the principal of nControl, a consulting firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He is also an adjunct professor and the current president of the Delaware Valley (Greater Philadelphia) chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA). Markey holds multiple certifications and degrees, and has more than 11 years of experience in the technology sector. He frequently presents on information security, information privacy, cloud computing, project management, e-discovery and information governance.

Mike Coffee has served as the Chairman and CEO of Commetrex® since co-founding the Company in 1990. He is also chairman of the board at NetGen Communications and the co-chair of the SIP Forum FoIP Task Group. Previously, he served as VP, Marketing, at Innovative Technology (Roswell, GA) and VP, Marketing, at what became NMS Communications (Framingham, MA). As Vice President at eLoyalty, John Wolf is responsible for sales in their South Central region. He has been with eLoyalty since 2000, focusing on multi-channel contact center technology solutions. Max Schroeder is the Senior VP at FaxCore Inc. and is responsible for defining and managing the worldwide marketing and channel strategy for the award-winning FaxCore portfolio of products. Max has over 20 years of experience in the fax messaging, managed services and telecommunications industries. An ardent support of the fax server industry, he has been active almost since its conception in many telecommunications and fax industry associations. Robert B. (Rob) Carter is executive vice president of FedEx Information Services and chief information officer of FedEx Corporation. He is a member of the five-person Executive Committee, which plans and executes the corporation’s strategic business activities. A programmer by trade and a natural problem solver, Marlon started writing code for a living at the young age of 13. Being the nerd he’s always been, he went on to major in Mechanical Engineering because of the robotics thing, and then in Computer Science and Mathematics (how geeky is that?) Then he went back to writing software in whatever language the customer wanted.

Pete Mastin heads up business development for Internap as Vice President of Business Development for its Content Delivery Network unit. He has over 20 years of experience in content delivery and streaming technologies, infrastructure planning and product development. Mastin began his technology career in the late 1980’s working in the CASE tool arena, developing model-based Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools for KnowledgeWare and Sterling Software. Prior to SAP, Hummel spent 13 years at Oracle Corporation in a number of senior sales, services and marketing roles.

Hummel holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Tufts University and a Master’s degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Medford, MA. He also studied at Durham University (UK) and the London Business School.

Raymond (Ray) Dolan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sonus Networks. Previously, Ray served as Chief Executive Officer of QUALCOMM/Flarion Technologies, a developer of mobile broadband communications technologies, as well as Senior Vice President of QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM). Prior to its acquisition by QUALCOMM in 2006, Ray served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flarion. From 1996 to 2000, he was Chief Operating Officer of NextWave Telecom. Prior to that, he spent eight years at BellAtlantic/NYNEX Mobile, serving in numerous roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Executive Vice President of Marketing. Ray began his career in the telecommunications industry at PacTel Cellular as a Manager of Network Operations. He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he spent more than seven years as a tactical jet pilot. Ray graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and also holds an M.B.A. from the Columbia University School of Business. Ray currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) and NII Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: NIHD).

Tom Shafron serves as the CEO of Viewbiquity. In this capacity, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, innovation, business development, and go-to-market strategies. Prior to his work with Viewbiquity, Tom was a founder of USAG, a video security and surveillance provider located in the Florida. John Gentry leads the team that is responsible for bringing Virtual Instruments message and vision to the market.
