Mac McGrath is the Director of Sales for Toshiba's National Account Program and the Government Systems Sales Program at Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., Digital Solutions Division (TAIS-DSD).
At Toshiba, Mr. McGrath is responsible for directing the national account and government customers programs and in delivering to these customer channels the Toshiba promise and commitment to the value set enabled through emerging technologies such as IP Telephony and Voice/Data Mobility.
Mr. McGrath manages and directs the Toshiba National Account Program (N.A.P.) that has become the nationwide standard of service and support. The Program allows a customer to make business communications decisions at headquarters that Toshiba delivers throughout the United States and the Americas. Toshiba takes responsibility for the customer relationship and delivers on the commitment through its authorized dealer channel. He also oversees international distribution and support through the National Account Program. Mr. McGrath also manages the Toshiba Government Systems Program. Toshiba has established and maintains a GSA contract and supports Government sales through its authorized dealer channel in GSA, Government Direct (RFP) response and State and Local governments.
Mr. McGrath has more than 35 years experience in telecommunications, IP and mobile communications sales and marketing. He has been with Toshiba since December of 1986. Prior to his career in communications, he served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. He holds a BS degree from the University of Albuquerque and an MBA from St. Mary's College of Moraga California.
