Stan Holcomb is Vice-President of Lucent Technologies Worldwide Services Maintenance and Deployment business with responsibility for customer services development and market management functions. In this global responsibility, Mr. Holcomb is responsible for driving the revenue generation initiatives to deliver on Lucent�s objectives to be the industryleading provider of maintenance and deployment services.
Stan brings a wealth of experience to his current role. He has held executive level positions in sales, product management, and market management in both services and product businesses within Lucent and the former AT&T. He has lived and worked in the US and Japan, and had responsibilities covering all of Lucent�s regional markets.
Stan was a member of AT&T and Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories. He contributed to the design and development of numerous systems including optical and data transmissions systems, video communications, and access systems.
Stan has a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland. He has attended a variety of executive business management courses at the Institute for Management Development in Lausanne Switzerland, Duke University, Carnegie Mellon, and Columbia University.
