TORONTO, Oct 18, 2018 /CNW/ - Following recent client wins and to support 2019 expansion plans, William Thomas Digital has made 5 key hires to support their leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice.

Ian Hoar joins as Technical Architect / Director of Development. Ian is a Sr. Technical leader with experience developing and architecting enterprise level platforms, products, and solutions. His 20 year career spans client side, agency side, and with platform technology providers. Previous experience includes the development of secure, large data applications for CIBC, RBC, TD Bank, and Unilever. Most recently Ian was Sr. Web Application developer at Askuity a leading analytics, and data collection platform for enterprise point of sale systems.

Yuval Sinai joins as Solution Architect, Marketing Technology. Yuval is a certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant, and has spent 10 years architecting technically advanced solutions for enterprise clients across the Salesforce ecosystem. Yuval has previously worked on implementing personalized communication and marketig programs for Cineplex, Coast Capital, Abbott, and Freshbooks.



Ryan Piccolo starts as Digital Developer. Ryan has 5+ years of Salesforce development expertise, and specializes in the use of real-time data to create highly personalized and contextually relevant digital communications. Ryan joins from Cossette, where he developed programs for TD Bank, TELUS, and SickKids.

Kristen de Saldanha has been added Sr. CRM Project Manager. Kristen is an experienced project manager with deep expertise in the development and management of complex, multi-channel CRM programs. Kristen previously spent time in Sr. Project Management roles for DDB, OneMethod and Cossette working on award winning programs for Volkswagen Canada, Nestle, TD Bank, SickKids, and TELUS.


Katelyn Kendrick joins as Account Manager, CRM. She has 5 years progressive client service experience, most recently with Marshall Fenn where she managed integrated brand and promotional campaigns for Miami Valley Gaming, Waddingtons, Sinai Health Foundation & The Face Shop.
