Forcht Bank Partners with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to Identify and Fight Cyber Threats


Forcht Bank has been selected by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to participate in the CART (Cyber Apex (News - Alert) Review Team) program. The mission of this DHS program is to work closely with regional and national financial institutions to identify and analyze cyber threats and concerns.

This partnership will allow Forcht Bank to be on the cutting edge of cyber security - which ultimately protects our clients' personal and financial data."



Once cyber threats are identified through the CART program, DHS will work to find solutions to effectively mitigate the threat and determine if the solution can be rolled out to all financial institutions and organizations. Other financial institutions participating in the CART program are American Express (News - Alert), Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and more.
