TaxCloud Now Available on the Amazon Marketplace Appstore

Today TaxCloud, the Internet's only free sales tax compliance service, announced that businesses that sell on Amazon can now connect their Selling on Amazon data with TaxCloud from within the Amazon Marketplace Appstore. This announcement comes just a month after the Supreme Court issued its opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair which could result in many Amazon sellers clamoring for access to TaxCloud's sales tax compliance service as soon as October 1, 2018.

TaxCloud provides a powerful sales tax compliance API, wrapped by an easy-to-use, self-service-oriented configuration and administration website. While the TaxCloud website empowers retailers of any size to get started collecting sales tax in any state (or all states) in minutes, the TaxCloud API delivers real-time and batch process sales tax calculations for any address in the U.S., as well as automated registration, filing & remittance services, audit response, and even indemnification to its clients-all at no cost for most retailers.

"In light of the recent Supreme Court ruling on sales tax collection, online sellers do not have much time to determine how they are going to comply with the new sales tax landscape," said David Campbell, TaxCloud's CEO. "Being featured in the Amazon Marketplace Appstore offers Amazon sellersthe fastest and easiest way to connect to our free sales tax compliance service."

About the Amazon Marketplace Appstore TaxCloud App

Last March TaxCloud quietly pre-released the app to a limited set of TaxCloud's merchants that are Amazon Marketplace Sellers for feature review and feedback. Now that the feedback process has concluded, TaxCloud is releasing the app for use by all Amazon sellers. The TaxCloud App is available now (at no cost) in the Amazon Marketplace Appstore. Amazon Sellers electing to add the TaxCloud App to their Seller Central account will be able to effortlessly synchronize transactions in Seller Central to TaxCloud for fully-automated reporting and remittance.
