The eighth annual Women of Influence Awards recognized 85 women in the mortgage lending, servicing, investing and real estate industries who are making notable contributions to both their businesses and to the industry at large.

Ross was appointed to her current position as senior vice president and chief information security officer in July 2016. In this role she is responsible for Radian's information security program and business compliance, as well as the enterprise project management and initiative governance programs.

Ross was recognized for spearheading several cyber security initiatives at Radian, including the company's Application Security (News - Alert) Initiative, Advanced Cyber Threat Detection, and updated SOCII controls program.

Outside of Radian, Ross is highly active in the cyber security community. Throughout her professional career, she has mentored employees and focused on recruiting more women into Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programs and ecurity fields. She was a founding committee member on the FBI's project to establish an Automated Network Cyber Attack Reporting System and serves on the advisory boards of Philadelphia CISO Inner Circle and Secure World Philadelphia where she often presents about cyber security, privacy and threat management. Ross maintains a close tie to government and industry cyber-experts and has received two government awards: Exceptional Service to the Public Interest from the director of the FBI and the President's Call to Service Award from President George Bush.



Ross was the first female president of the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the board of directors for Anna Crusis Women's Choir and InfraGard (News - Alert). She has also served on boards for Big Brother Big Sisters, American Red Cross, Business & Professional Women's Club, Senior Adults for Greater Education, LifeSpan/Quakertown Hospital, Bucks County Council for the Arts and others.
