Bill Noonan Joins AlliantAlliant Insurance Services, the nation's largest specialty insurance brokerage firm, has named Bill Noonan Managing Director, Construction Services Group. He will focus on building client risk strategies and will also spearhead awareness of Alliant's diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the construction and insurance industries.
