Pay Governance Adds Two Partners Based in Boston and New York

Executive compensation consulting firm Pay Governance (www.paygovernance.com) announces two new Partners to its experienced team. Brian Lane has been promoted from Principal to Partner with the firm, and Sandra Pace has joined Pay Governance as a Partner. As Partners, Lane and Pace are responsible for working with clients across multiple industries on a wide range of executive compensation issues.

Lane, who works extensively with life science companies - one of Pay Governance's several industry strengths - is based in Boston. Lane has served as an executive compensation consultant for 16 years, previously working with Towers Watson before joining Pay Governance when the firm was founded nearly a decade ago.

Pace, who has broad experience working with both for-profit public and private companies, as well as non-profit organizations, will be based in New York. Pace brings 25 years of experience to the firm, formerly serving as Managing Director with Steven Hall & Partners for 13 years and Vice President of Pearl Meyer & Partners for 12 years prior.
