VirtualHealth Takes Multiple Top Honors at 2018 World Awards

VirtualHealth, the leading SaaS (News - Alert) platform for care management and population health, announced today that it was named a Gold winner in the 2018 IT World Awards for Information Technology (IT) Vendor Achievement of the Year and the 2018 Pillar World Awards for Best Employer Achievement. CEO Adam Sabloff was also selected as the Silver winner in the 2018 CEO World Awards for Most Innovative CEO.

VirtualHealth received the Vendor Achievement of the Year award for successfully expanding its care management platform to more than 6 million patients across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial populations. The company entered severalstrategic partnerships throughout 2017 that influenced this extraordinary growth, including agreements with WellCare and Community Care of North Carolina. For Best Employer Achievement, Sabloff was recognized for continuing "to prioritize diversity and equality in the workplace. Notably, women comprise 50 percent of the company's leadership team and 60 percent of its management team."

The Most Innovative CEO honor underscores Sabloff's commitment to transforming care management models. He is recognized for founding a visionary health technology company that integrates fragmented care systems and empowers proactive care management for the country's most vulnerable populations.

The VirtualHealth platform fully automates data aggregation, analysis, and actionable interventions across all members of the care team to reduce costs and improve outcomes. Automated insights signal changes in underlying conditions or behaviors when they occur, enabling care teams to provide timelier patient-centered care.

"We are honored to be recognized on so many levels," said Sabloff. "These awards validate our efforts and accomplishments in transforming care delivery for the highest need populations and flips the switch from reactive treatment to proactive management."

This year marks the 13th annual IT World Awards, honoring achievements and recognitions in every facet of the technology industry. The Pillar World Awards honor the best employers, and the CEO World Awards encompass the world's best in leadership, innovation, organizational performance, new products and services, CEO excellence studies, corporate social responsibility and milestones from every major industry in the world. The awards are part of Silicon Valley Communications' SVUS Awards.
