MiCTA Issues A Form 470 For Telecom, Internet, Services & Applications (TISA) RFP

SAGINAW, Mich., July 3, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- MiCTA, a national non-profit technology consortium, has issued an E-rate Form 470 for a Request For Proposals from qualified vendors of Telecom, Internet, Services & Applications (TISA) under the terms of a Master Service Agreement on July 2^nd.
