Demand Management Named to Supply & Demand Chain Executive's SDCE 100 Top Supply Chain Projects for 2018

Demand Management Inc., a leading global resource for cloud-based supply chain management solutions, announced today that Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the executive's user manual for successful supply and demand chain transformation, has selected Demand Management, Inc. to receive an SDCE 100 Award for 2018.

The SDCE 100 is an annual list of 100 outstanding supply chain projects. These projects can serve as a roadmap for supply chain executives who seek new opportunities to drive improvement in their own operations. By reading about the SDCE 100 projects, other supply chain solution and service providers can learn more about how to help their customers and clients achieve supply chain excellence and prepare their supply chains for success.

Demand Management was selected for the 2018 recognition based on its work with TenCate Protective Fabrics, a textile company located in Union City, Georgia. With Demand Solutions DSX, TenCate was able to put three years of detailed sales history and current sales trends at the fingertips of each of its sales reps. As a result of the rapid two month upgrade project, TenCate reduced its hard stock by $4 million over an 18-month period and increased its forecast accuracy by 15 percent.

"First and foremost, we want to congratulate the winners of this year's Top 100 for their successful and innovative projects, which serve as models to companies of all sizes what is achievable in their supply chains," says John Yuva, editor for Supply & Demand Chain Executive. "Regardless of company size, these projects are best-in-class examples of the types of efficiencies and bottom-line results that supply chain executives should be striving toward in their own operations. Our 2018 winners provide a roadmap for how to get there."

This recent honor marks the tenth consecutive year Demand Management has been named to the SDCE 100. The award winners were announced online on June 25, 2018 at www.SDCExec.com, and will also be listed in the print issue of Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.

"We are grateful to the editors of SDCE for recognizing our company's hard work over the past decade," remarked Bill Harrison, president of Demand Management. "Being included in the SDCE 100 is a tremendous honor, and it inspires us to continue raising the bar for ourselves and our customers. We at Demand Management look forward to helping more companies experience the bottom-lne benefits of supply chain optimization in the cloud over the years to come."
