Redline Communications Annual General and Special Meeting Voting ResultsTORONTO, June 21, 2018 /CNW/ - Redline Communications (www.rdlcom.com) Group Inc. (TSX: RDL) ("Redline" or the "Company") announces that the six nominees listed in the Management Information Circular for the 2018 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders were elected as Directors of the Company at the meeting held in at the Company's corporate office in Markham, Ontario yesterday. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the meeting are set out below.
The amendment of the Corporation's 2007 Stock Option Plan to increase the number of available options was passed by a disinterested vote, excluding 118,816 common shares held by insiders. In addition, Redline reports that shareholders voted in favour of the appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditors of the corporation.
