InfoSonics Appoints Michael Galloro to its Board of Directors and Roger Rai as Board AdvisorMIAMI, June 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoSonics Corporation ("InfoSonics" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: IFON) announced the appointment of Michael Galloro to its Board of Directors. Mr. Galloro replaces Robert Picow, who has left the Board, but is expected to continue with the Company in a consultancy role. Additionally, Roger Rai, Special Advisor to the Chairman of Rogers Communications, was named an advisor to the Company's Board, specifically to provide guidance on the Company's expansion of its OneClick® chain of retail stores and its Premium Partner relationship with Apple®.
