Business Technology Partners Reaches Agreement to Acquire Secure IT Engineering Division of STIGroup and Managed Services Division of PTS, Expanding Footprint in NY/NJ Metro Area

BTP has named Dominic Genzano as its new CEO, with BTP's founder, Josh Aaron, remaining as President. Mr. Genzano founded STIGroup in October 200 with the mission of implementing and managing cybersecurity programs for businesses. He will also retain his role as CEO of STIGroup, which will continue as a leading cybersecurity provider.
