Pure Broadcast Announces Acquisition Of First HD Mobile Broadcast Unit, Launch Of Mobile HD Broadcast Division

SALT LAKE CITY, June 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure Broadcast (ticker: PCST), a leading provider of mobile sports broadcast facilities, announced today that the company has successfully reached terms to acquire its first HD mobile broadcast unit.

The 53 foot multi-format, high definition unit features Sony cameras, Calrec audio mixer, Fujinon lenses, Grass Valley switcher, and EVS XT3 replay devices.

The acquisition of the unit marks the launch of Pure's Mobile Broadcast Division, which will target live events in the sports, entertainment and corporate arenas in the Western United States.
